When will my order be despatched?
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 2pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Bridlewood Riding Centre Tack Shops is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Return it to us at Bridlewood Riding Centre Tack Shops, Ty'n-y-Morfa, Nr. Prestatyn,
North Wales CH8 9JN with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
What delivery method does Bridlewood Riding Centre Tack Shops use?
We offer a carrier delivery service at a cost of £3.99. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Return it to us at Bridlewood Riding Centre Tack Shops, Ty'n-y-Morfa, Nr. Prestatyn,
North Wales CH8 9JN with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge of £5.95 for carriage on the replacement. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by Bridlewood Riding Centre Tack Shops are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
